Subject:  Understanding the products that require mastery skills in the San Deco effect product group, giving the participants practical experience in finishing techniques, use of stencils, and retouching.

Scope and Target Audience:  It is a training program that will cover groups who have received basic decorative paint training or want to specialize in decorative paint application. Application masters, dealer staff, project managers, architects, Interior architects, decoration firms and experts, people who want to learn for the purpose of acquiring a profession.

Products to be trained:  Effect Product Group Effect Paint ve Primers: Decoprimer, Uniprimer, Atracto, Amarsis, Cometa, Decocam, Decostucco, Marmarosso, Mirzasto, Effect Wind, Metalium Effect (not only informative application), Decorative Finish finishing techniques (Lanom-Arona), Wax, Nostalgie Finish, Sandeco Shield Effect

Coatings:  Travertino (use of stencils), Nostalgie, Beton Deco, Obiante Stencil usage, and Finishing

Techniques:  Use of stencil on Travertino product and use of finish technique (to be applied by the instructor).

Inside Detail:  Providing knowledge of the decorative products in the San Deco product range and providing the technical details of the products that require expertise to be applied. To provide comprehension of detailed information about finishing techniques, retouching processes, products, and stencil usage techniques. Travertino, Nostalgie, Beton Deco, Decocam, Atracto, Decostucco, Obiante, Marmarino, Mirzasto, Metalium Effect, Amarsis, Cometa will be decorative products to be applied.
