APPLICATION AREA
This plaster is suitable for application in various types of buildings, including those with exposed concrete, brick, wood, briquette, eternit, and primed metal surfaces, following the appropriate priming process.
FEATURES
Dextex is a semi-matt exterior paint based on acrylic emulsion. Its elastic structure bridges cracks and prevents rainwater from soaking the surface thanks to its special formulation. It is resistant to UV rays, harsh weather conditions, and fading, and allows the surface to breathe with its high water vapor permeability.
It can be applied over plaster, exposed concrete, brick, wood, briquette, fiber cement, and primed metal surfaces on all types of buildings.
It is water-based.

COLORS
Dentex is a decorative paint with a glossy finish, formulated with acrylic emulsion.
ALL COLORS
Before application, ensure that the application surface is free from any dirt, oil, blistered paint, and dust. Additionally, level the surface using San Deco Acrylic Putty Exterior. Surfaces with old paint or those designated for new painting must be properly undercoated with San Deco Uniprimer. It is recommended to use an undercoat with the same color as the desired siding color.
-Prior to application, dilute Dentex with 5-10% water, and apply it to the surface in two coats using a roller or brush.
-While Dentex is formulated for application on Dentex Deco, it can also serve as a topcoat on exterior primed paint and various coating materials.
-Allow a minimum of 4 hours between each coat.
-Ensure that the ambient temperature during application and for 24 hours afterward remains within the range of +5°C to +35°C.
Allow 4-6 hours for touch dry and 24 hours for complete dry at 23˚C environment conditions.
