APPLICATION AREA
Dogamin Natural is employed as the final coat material on the exterior surfaces of various buildings, including rough plaster, exposed concrete, cement sheet, and insulation systems, in conjunction with a suitable undercoat.
FEATURES
Dogamin Natural is a decorative mineral coating based on acrylic emulsion, containing natural colored stones. It forms a thick film layer that helps cover surface imperfections and is resistant to UV rays, alkali, and harsh weather conditions. It has high water vapor permeability, allowing the surface to breathe. Produced in 1 mm and 3 mm grain sizes, it is odorless and harmless to human health and the environment.
It can be applied to exterior surfaces of all types of buildings, including plaster, exposed concrete, cement boards, and thermal insulation systems, after proper surface preparation with primer.
It is water-based.
Environmentally friendly.
Clean all dirt, oil, blistered paint and dust off the application surface; level the surface defects with San Deco Acrylic Putty Exterior and then previously painted surfaces, or surfaces that will be painted must be undercoated with San Deco Uniprimer.
-Before application, dilute Dogamin Natural with 5% fresh water and mix the mineral plaster thoroughly until it achieves a homogeneous consistency.
-Apply Dogamin Natural mineral plaster evenly across the entire surface with a steel trowel, ensuring uniform thickness.
-Finish the Dogamin Natural mineral plaster with a steel trowel approximately 20 minutes after spreading it on the surface, under normal weather conditions.
-Ensure that the ambient temperature remains within the range of +5°C to +35°C during the application and for 24 hours afterward.
Allow 4-6 hours for touch dry and 24-48 hours for complete dry at 23˚C environment conditions.
