APPLICATION AREA
It is suitable for use on the exterior walls of all types of buildings, including surfaces such as plaster, satin plaster, gypsum, raw concrete, and plasterboard. Thanks to its special formulation, in addition to enhancing the decorative design of the exterior, it offers superior protection properties.
FEATURES
Rockcrest Optimum is a 100% pure acrylic-based, textured, flexible, and silk matte water-based exterior paint. With its high water resistance and vapor permeability, it quickly releases moisture from the surface. It offers crack-bridging for hairline cracks and provides resistance to carbon dioxide and chloride ion diffusion. Its strong resistance to air and water helps prevent mold and mildew, extending the lifespan of the paint film.

It does not harm human health or the environment.
Before application, remove all dirt, grease, peeling paint, and dust from the surface. Surface imperfections should be corrected with San Deco Acrylic Putty Thick for exterior use, and the surface should be primed with San Deco Decoprimer.
-Rockcrest Optimum should be applied undiluted in two coats using a coral roller.
-Allow 5-6 hours for the product to dry between coats.
-For both coats, apply the product homogeneously from bottom to top using the coral roller.

-If multiple batches are used in the same project, it is recommended to mix the batches evenly to avoid any differences between them.
Touch dry in 5-6 hours at 23°C, complete drying time is 24-48 hours.
Depending on surface smoothness, absorbency, and application techniques, for a single coat application:
-1 liter covers 1.35 – 5.45 m²,
-1 kg covers 1.0 – 2.5 m²,
-The coverage per m² is 290 – 740 ml and 400 – 1000 gr.
