APPLICATION AREA
Rulotex can be applied to the exteriors of various building types, including surfaces such as rough cast, exposed concrete, and cement sheets, as well as interior surfaces with an appropriate coat for decorative purposes.
FEATURES
Rulotex is a long-lasting, decorative textured exterior paint based on acrylic emulsion. Its elastic structure maintains flexibility even at low temperatures, bridging cracks and ensuring durability. It allows the surface to breathe with high water vapor permeability and is resistant to UV rays and alkali. It provides strong protection against outdoor weather conditions without fading in color.
It can be applied to all types of exterior surfaces such as cement plaster, exposed concrete, and fiber cement boards, and can also be used indoors for decorative purposes with a suitable primer.
It is water-based.
Safe for both human health and the environment.
Ensure the application surface is free from dirt, oil, blistered paint, and dust. Correct any surface defects with San Deco Acrylic Putty Interior. Prior to application, prepare the surface using San Deco Uniprimer undercoat in the same color as the chosen finish. Alternatively, for optimal results, Rulotex can be diluted by 30% and used as an undercoat.
-Rulotex should be diluted with 5-10% water and applied as a single layer using a roller, brush, or spray method.
-For applications with a thicker pattern preference, the product should be applied undiluted.
-Maintain the ambient temperature within the range of +5°C to +35°C throughout the application process and for 24 hours following completion.
Allow 4-6 hours for the surface to become touch-dry and a full 24 hours for complete drying under 23°C environmental conditions.
