Nostalgie is a decorative interior wall coating based on acrylic emulsion and fiber additives, designed to create an antique look when used with Nostalgie Finish. Offering a decorative coating combined with an antique stone effect, it allows for various patterns thanks to its soft texture and leaves a velvety feel on the surface.

Sandeco

  • Clean the surfaces to be coated, removing any dirt, oil, swollen paint, and dust.
  • Correct surface defects using San Deco Acrylic Putty Interior.
  • Apply a primer coat using San Deco Decoprimer.

Sandeco

  • Before application, thoroughly mix Nostalgie without thinning.
  • Apply Nostalgie irregularly onto the surface using a plastic or steel trowel, depending on the desired effect.
  • After two days of applying Nostalgie, sand the surface with sandpaper.
  • Apply Nostalgie Finish to the surface using circular movements, utilizing the special cloth or gloves provided.
  • Ensure that the application environment maintains a temperature between +5°C and +35°C during the application and for 24 hours afterward.

Sandeco

  • For best results, allow Nostalgie to dry for 6-8 hours until it’s touch dry, and a full 48 hours for complete drying under standard environmental conditions at 23°C.

For a single coat application, the coverage is as follows:

  • 1 liter covers 1.0 – 1.5 m² of surface.
  • 1 kilogram covers 0.8 – 1.0 m² of surface.
  • The paint consumption for 1m² is approximately 650-1000 ml or 1000-1175 grams (g).
