Obiante enhances the depth and character of various indoor surfaces, including walls, plaster, rough concrete, and timber. It achieves this effect after proper surface preparation with a suitable plaster and the application of a pearlescent final coat solution.

Obiante is a natural lime-based decorative coating material designed for interior walls. It is composed of a blend of various sizes of marble powder and natural minerals.

-Begin by thoroughly cleaning the area to remove any dust, dirt, oil, or peeling paint.
-Address any surface irregularities by using San Deco Acrylic Putty Interior to achieve a smooth surface.
-Apply a coat of San Deco Decoprimer to prime the surface before proceeding with the decorative coating. It’s important to ensure proper adhesion and an even finish.
-Before application, soften Obiante by mixing it with a steel trowel without diluting.
-Apply Obiante to the surface as a single coat, adjusting the thickness according to your desired result, using a steel trowel.
-While the product is still wet, create various designs using a special tool.
-Approximately 20 minutes later at 23±2˚C, when the product begins to settle, finish the surface by smoothing it with a steel trowel. For improved smoothness and brightness, wet the surface of the Obiante product and then thoroughly smooth it with a trowel. Allow it to dry.
-Once Obiante has completely dried, apply the Pearlescent Decorative Finish in one or more desired colors to finish the process.
-Maintain an application environment temperature between +5°C and +35°C during application and for 24 hours afterward to achieve the best results.
Under 23°C environmental conditions, allow 5-6 hours for touch dry and 24 hours for complete drying.
